Traumatic Brain Injury Resources

The Alaska Brain Injury Network mission is to educate, plan, coordinate, and advocate for a comprehensive service delivery system for traumatic brain injuries (TBI) survivors and their families. Its vision encompasses working to prevent TBI and promote wellness for Alaskans with all brain injuries.

Mat-Su TBI support group meets from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Mat-Su Health Services, Conference Room Second Floor, 1363 West Spruce Ave., Wasilla, on the first and third Wednesday of the month. For more information, contact Callie Willard (907) 357-2588, or cwillard@accessalaska.org.

Case Management Services for Acquire and Traumatic Brain Injuries are provided by Access Alaska.

The Alaska Brain Injury Network also administers the Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injury Grant.
The TABI Grant is a mini-grant program administered by the State of Alaska, Division of Senior and Disability Services and managed by the Alaska Brain Injury Network. The grant is used to meet the needs of those who have sustained a traumatic or acquired brain injury.
