| SEAC Functions: |

Serve as a forum for discussion of matters of relative interest and concern regarding the education of children with special needs AND report public concerns to District Administration and School Board |

Collaborate with the District regarding continual improvement of educational outcomes for children with disabilities |
|
|
Promote improved comprehension of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) by families and school personnel |
|
|
Stay informed and share information regarding federal and state legislation relative to special education and it’s funding |
