A free transition summit and resource expo for students with disabilities ages 14–21, families, educators, and community partners.

Prepare for What Comes Next

Join LINKS Resource Center, Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District, and IDEA Homeschool for an afternoon focused on helping students and families navigate the transition into adulthood.

Connect with community organizations, participate in breakout sessions and panel discussions, explore resources, and learn more about education, employment, independent living, and community supports.
